We're Azad and Jasyn: a market research maven and a creative strategist, both trained psychologists,  who got tired of watching brands make expensive decisions based on research that never told the whole story.

Between us: Nearly two decades of consumer insights for Fortune 500 brands, psychology training at New York University and The New School, and a combined obsession with the gap between what consumers say and what they actually do.

We built Florence and Volta to close that gap for brands that know there's a better way and are ready to find it.
